This Conroe craft brewery is owned by Mark Earnest and his son, Seth, the head brewer. Seth interned with Saint Arnold Brewery for four years before opening up this cool space in Conroe. Located only a few blocks from Downtown Conroe. They chose the copperhead snake because it’s local to Conroe, where Seth grew up. They focus on Belgain styles that are less-attempted by Houston area brewers, but he’s also a hop fiend that’s always tinkering..
