It’s the hot shot basketball for me, period. This place is an adult playground, and while kids are welcome, you won’t see any after 9pm. Saint Arnold is responsible for generating many owners and head brewers in the Houston area. Nearly a dozen at our last count. Karbach has elevated to a similar status with breweries like Paradigm and Bad Astronaut spawning from Karbach vets. Chris Fall and Craig Keener are responsible for this creative spot filled with games like corn hole, shuffleboard, foos ball, and air hockey. They’re aiming for sessionable beers with a few hard hitters mixed in, and they have a keen focus on creating lively events that draw crowds. Just a stroll down the road from a few other Houston area breweries and not far from the action of Minute Maid, Bad Astronaut Brewing Company is destined for a safe landing and a few repeat missions. Their killer branding from Stout Collective certainly isn’t hurting!
